An international industrial group specialized in high-value technical solutions for the construction and engineering sectors. Present in over 20 countries, the company is experiencing strong growth across the DACH region.

As part of its European expansion strategy, the company is creating a strategic Business Developer position based in Paris to further develop the German-speaking markets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the European Sales Director, your main mission will be to develop and structure business activities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland:

• Identify and prospect new industrial clients

• Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts

• Handle complex sales cycles (6-12 months)

• Negotiate framework agreements and long-term partnerships

• Work closely with technical and operations teams

• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events in Germany

• Travel regularly within the DACH region

👤 Profile

• 3 to 8 years of B2B business development experience

• Proven experience working with the German market

• Fluent / bilingual German (C1/C2 mandatory)

• Professional level of English

• Strong negotiation and hunting mindset

• Autonomous, structured, and business-oriented
