Our client is a leading Swedish company in the forest and paper industry, specializing in high-quality packaging and graphic-use cardboard. With a strong international presence, they are seeking a Sales Director to drive commercial operations, expand market presence, and develop key strategic accounts.
Your Responsibilities:

Define, implement, and oversee the commercial strategy to increase sales and revenue.

Develop and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

Lead contract negotiations with major clients and partners to ensure business growth.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to adapt business strategies accordingly.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.

Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue projections with high accuracy.

Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance indicators.

Ensure a strong presence in international markets by visiting clients and attending key industry events.

Implement performance monitoring tools to track sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Develop innovative go-to-market strategies, enhancing the company's positioning in the industry.
Profile Sought:

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales Director or Commercial Director within the paper industry or a related sector.

Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage key strategic accounts on an international scale.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

Experience in international contract negotiation and business expansion.

Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to commercial strategy.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

High adaptability and responsiveness to market changes.

Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Willingness to travel frequently across different international markets.
