Senior Product Owner - Logistics Software H/F Exotec

The Logistics Software team of Exotec is looking for a Product Owner to spearhead its next exciting product development.

There will be two main phases to this role:

A first phase where you will be co-creating the go-to-market plan, releasing the first batch of functional specifications and launching the product development to enable this new product to come to life.

A second phase where you will lead the development of this new software product, as well as drive the synchronization of other products. You will aim to get it in customer's hands as early as possible, and grow it to new heights.

Your missions :

- Lead a team of software developers, tech architects & quality testers, and ensure unified, on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and measurable outcomes for the new product, aligned with the overall Exotec strategy.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog/roadmap, translating strategy into well-structured epics and user stories for your team.
- Build with your team: support on software development and testing when the situation requires it.
- Ensure synchronization with other products and shared assets, planning and managing dependencies across teams. Ensure clarity of scope and priorities for all stakeholders, resolving conflicts and making trade-off decisions when needed.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales/Solution and Marketing teams to ensure a perfect go-to-market.
- Represent the product in front of internal & external stakeholders, providing insights on progress, risks, trade-offs and needs.
- Use customer, market and usage data to refine the roadmap and drive continuous product discovery and improvement.

Requirements

- Engineering degree, or relevant degree/experience.
- Complete fluency in English
- 7+ years of experience leading products, projects and people. Proven track record of shipping awesome products.
- High technical acumen and good software development skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and experience presenting to large groups and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovative problem-solving, with a proactive approach to leading initiatives when a need arises.
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex initiatives within tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration across diverse and distributed teams with competing priorities.
