Détail du poste
Diffusely is an AI media enhancement company that leverages its cutting-edge processing platform to redefine automotive visual production with CarCutter, the industry's #1 solution.
CarCutter is a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS company transforming how the automotive industry produces visual content. Our technology is trusted by the industry's top players across Europe and the US to automate and enhance vehicle imagery at scale. We're a lean, international team with high standards, a strong engineering culture, and a bias for action.
Position Overview
Location: Paris (France)
Manager: Head of People
We're building the People team to match our ambitions and this role sits right at the heart of that.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join our Paris office. Recruiting is where you'll take full ownership driving the full hiring cycle across multiple functions and geographies, primarily Europe and the US. On the People operations side, you'll work in support of our Head of People and HR & Office Coordinator, contributing to the smooth running of our HR processes without carrying that function alone.
Hands-on and close to the business, you'll partner daily with hiring managers and be a trusted point of contact across the team. If you move fast, care about doing things right, and want to make a real impact on how we grow you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (primary focus)
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Europe and the US from briefing to offer.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidates, and move decisively through the process.
- Build and activate talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct structured screening calls and manage the candidate experience from first contact to signed offer.
- Write clear, compelling job descriptions that attract the right profiles and reflect who we are.
HR Operations
- Own the HR lifecycle in all countries where CarCutter operates, onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
- Draft and maintain employee documentation: contracts, employment verifications, termination letters.
- Support payroll processing coordination, including tracking bonuses, salary adjustments, and absences.
- Monitor probationary periods and coordinate outcomes with relevant managers proactively.
Qualifications/Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Talent role, with exposure to HR topics, ideally across multiple countries.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), you'll be operating in both every day.
- Understanding of HR processes: employment law basics, documentation, payroll coordination is a plus.
- Experience running full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing hiring manager relationships.
- Sharp attention to detail, you catch things before they become problems.
- Strong communicator who builds trust easily across all levels of an organization.
- Proactive and self-directed, you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with Linkedin Recruiter and BambooHR or a similar HRIS.
Why join us:
- Real ownership from day one, this isn't a coordinator role. You'll run the full cycle and be trusted to make decisions.
- A direct line to leadership, you'll work closely with the Head of People and have visibility across the whole company.
- International scope recruiting and HR operations.
- A team that moves fast and respects your time minimal bureaucracy, clear expectations, and people who deliver.
Hiring process:
- Screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
- Interview with Wendy Lambert, Head of People
- Discussion with Gaétan Rougevin-Baville, CEO
- Final interview with Fanny Kauffer, CRO
We value potential as much as experience. If this role excites you but you're not sure you tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you.
