Development: Creation of dashboards and analyses with the resources of his/her team, in coordination with the data office.

Standardization: Implement reporting and visualization standards (graphic charter, definition of metrics, conventions) to ensure uniformity of information and harmonization of measures throughout the company.

Adoption and Training: Promote the use of BI tools and dashboards. Provide support or sessions to help business users correctly interpret data.

3. Strategic Analyses and Insight Generation

Opportunity Identification: Beyond regular reporting, conduct complex ad hoc analyses to identify hidden trends, anomalies or business opportunities.

Support for business processes: Provide the data, analyses and projections necessary to support business decision-making processes.

Data Readability: Ensure the translation of raw analytical results into clear and actionable business recommendations for Management and operational teams.

Value Measurement: Define and monitor with the data office value indicators created from data products: gains, productivity, operational use.

4. Management and Leadership

Team Management: Lead, mentor and develop the BI team as well as certain members of the data office as a functional manager.

Project Management: Drive the execution of BI projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality of deliverables.

Technological Watch: Stay informed of technological developments in the field of BI, data visualization and analytical platforms.
