What you'll do
- Inbound Lead Management:Respond to and qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, generating opportunities for Account Executives.
- Qualification & Discovery:Conduct structured calls to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and determine business fit based on Pigment's ICP and value proposition.
- Outbound Support:Assist in basic outbound prospecting activities using templates, research, and personalization.
- CRM & Pipeline Management:Log all activity, notes, and touchpoints accurately in Salesforce; maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure proper follow-ups.
- Collaboration:Work closely with AEs, marketing, Partners and growth teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accelerate pipeline conversion.
- Continuous Learning:Demonstrate coachability, accept feedback openly, and adapt to new processes and messaging with guidance.
Who you are
- Fluent to professional level in both German and English
- Based commutable distance from either of our London or Paris offices
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Ideally some experience in sales, customer success, or a related client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate CRM records, be organized
