RECRUITMENT CONTEXT:
To support its continued growth in Italy, our client is seeking a Sales Manager in Rome. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company's presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Sales Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for:
Growing the Client Portfolio:
- Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across your area.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).
Selling the Company's Solutions:
- Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.
- Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.
- Close deals and meet sales targets.
Collaborating with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.
Representing the Company at Industry Events:
- Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company's network.
PROFILE SOUGHT:
- Desired experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
- Sales Expertise: Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients.
- Personal Qualities: Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder. Strong hunter mindset focused on customer acquisition.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Salary: €40,000 fixed per year + 10% variable based on total sales generated.
- Additional benefits: to be discussed during the recruitment process.
