We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our HR team as a Human Resources Services Specialist.

What you will be doing:
- Developing and maintaining HR knowledge in relevant local regulations and Company principles, processes, tools and best practices
- Supporting FedEx managers in talent recruitment and selection
- Supporting implementation and ongoing compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Supporting an effective working environment acting as a mediator and advisor in cases of individual and collective employer disputes
- Identifying issues or opportunities and developing recommendations for HR Management
- Participating in the development of HR Systems that support effective information management and decision making.
- Supporting HR and Business initiatives driving change and transformation.

What do you bring with you:
- HR Degree / relevant local qualification
- Broad knowledge and experience in employee / labour relations
- Solid experience in HR Processes, preferably within a large fast-paced organization
- Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels
- Good judgement and decision-making skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload
