Overview

Eutelsat is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage the full payroll cycle for France internally, within an international environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare, check, and validate monthly payroll for France employees
- Handle social security daily allowances (IJSS)
- Manage mandatory social declarations (DSN, URSSAF, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with pension and insurance schemes (AGIRC-ARRCO)
- Maintain legal and regulatory compliance in payroll processes
- Update payroll procedures, SOPs, and payroll calendars
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for reporting and audits
- Contribute to continuous improvement and payroll digitalization projects

Tools:

- Strada (payroll software)
- SAP HR
- SuccessFactors
- Microsoft Office Suite

Profile:

- Degree in Payroll, HR, or Social Accounting
- Proven experience in French payroll management
- Strong knowledge of legal and social obligations (DSN, IJSS, AGIRC-ARRCO)
- Proficiency with payroll tools (Strada, SAP)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Team player with ability to work in an international environment
