Manager, Commercial Operations

Job Purpose:

To lead a team of BD professionals in the EMEA region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Leading a team of Business Development professionals in EMEA.
- Developing the team to reach their full potential
- Training new team members and being responsible for their onboarding.
- Coaching the team members based on your experience in Sales.
- Communicating clear expectations and following up on KPIs.
- Improving existing processes and developing new ones to drive efficiency.
- Developing sales plans with the BDs, monitoring the progresses.
- Hiring new BDs Performing data analysis, supporting BDs in strategic clients'meetings.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree 5-7 years of sales or marketing experience.
- Good knowledge of the clinical trial industry.
- An existing strong network of clients in the healthcare logistics industry.
- Experience in leading a sales team.
- Readiness to participate in conferences and marketing events.
- Flexible attitude and able to adapt to dynamic environments.
