Adecco Lyon Tertiaire is recruiting for one of its clients, a company specializing in the wholesale of electrical equipment (ingeenering), located in St Priest (69800).

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (H/F) to join the team on a one-month interim contract (replacement).
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work during regular daytime hours.

The following tasks are done with an internal supervisor :

- Recruitment processes: Liaise with an accounting cabinet for contract administration and ensure smooth onboarding plans and follow-ups.
- Certification management: Oversee electrical certifications, work-at-height certification, and electric stacker operator certification.
- Insurance onboarding: Handle membership forms for mutual insurance and provident funds, monitor contracts and pricing with brokers.
- Appraisal processes: Organize and follow up on appraisal processes.
- Administrative tasks: Manage CSE and related admin postings, building/assets admin, IT material ordering, governance reporting, and sustainability reporting.
- GDPR compliance: Ensure adherence to data protection regulations.
- Training organization: Coordinate training sessions and follow-ups.
- Project-related tasks: Manage the electrification of vehicles with Arval, harmonize orders for FSE, conduct a full audit on HR contracts and payroll, update contingency plans.
- Payroll management: Liaise with Altesis for payroll, ensure legal reporting and HR-related reporting to the government.
- Legal support: Provide first-line legal support.
- Other tasks within the administration will be done.

Votre profil

We are seeking a professional with a confirmed experience in a similar environment, ideally with five years of experience in confirmed HR.
English language (fluent, mother tongue) is required within the international group but you will work in French (reporting and coordination of the tasks are made in English)
A Bachelor's degree in HR (Bac +3) is required.

Contract :
