Internship - HR Monitoring Officer H/F CMA CGM

THE ROLE:

Within the Human Resources department of CMA CGM, you will join the HR Monitoring team. You will support and collaborate with the team in order to set up and manage different activities linked to HR Analytics and Data Quality.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Your main tasks will be:
- Supporting the HR Monitoring team in dealing with day-to-day activities,
- Providing insight and ad-hoc analysis related to specific topics such as: headcount monitoring, turn-over, gender equity, mobility...,
- Developing and maintaining HR Dashboards (QlikSense, Toucan Toco, Excel...),
- Gathering, cleaning, organizing and shaping data from multiple sources for use in combined analysis

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are student in the last year of a business school, and have acquired a first professional experience in a similar field. Furthermore, you are interested in Human Resources related topics.
You are familiar with Excel (QlikSense or Toucan Toco knowledge is a plus) and have a good level of English.
You have an analytical mind and are able to propose new ideas. Autonomy, rigor and curiosity will be assets helping you to succeed in this job.
