Your Impact
Mirakl is looking for a highenergy, creative, and teamoriented Partner Sales Manager to accelerate growth for Mirakl Connect across EMEA. You will build and scale a network of digital agencies, system integrators, and platform partners to generate qualified pipeline and revenue, while elevating our market visibility through joint marketing initiatives.
This role is entrepreneurial and handson: you'll recruit partners, enable them to sell and deliver, and drive joint gotomarket motions with a strong bias for action and volume.
What you will do
Partner strategy and acquisition
- Define and execute the partner strategy across priority territories (EMEA).
- Recruit new partners via both inbound qualification and proactive outbound hunting (agencies, SIs, commerce platforms).
- Build partner business plans with clear targets, activities, and timelines.
- Onboard and enable partners on Mirakl Connect programs (training, certification, best practices).
- Drive joint sales motions: partner-sourced/influenced leads, coselling, and faster, shorter sales cycles.
- Manage a shared pipeline and forecast with partners; track ACV and conversion.
Co-marketing and field engagement
- Secure and run co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events, sponsorships, content) to boost demand generation.
- Activate Mirakl field teams on partner opportunities and ensure strong internal alignment.
What you will bring
Musthaves
- A professional with extensive sales and partner experience (minimum 3-5 years) and a proven, demonstrable, track record in driving substantial growth in partner relationships
- An influential personality with outstanding people skills, including managing internal and external clients
- A digital commerce expert
- Organized, capable of handling multiple tactical items while never losing sight of longer term strategic goals
- Startup mindset: autonomous, fast execution, pragmatic, comfortable with evolving structures.
- Fluent in English and French, German is great plus

We consolidate feedback quickly and aim to share decisions without delay. If successful, we'll walk you through the offer details, benefits, and next steps.
