Les missions du poste
Looking to grow the business in France, the company is searching for a
Account Manager (H/F) - Leadership Advisory
Location : Paris Region / Home Office
Responsibilities :
- Provides excellent account management service to key strategic accounts, proactively monitoring existing revenue activity and demonstrating understanding of people issues in client's business to successfully convert training needs into business.
- Negotiates successful conclusions to major business development opportunities, building strong personal relationships with key stakeholders and presenting confidently to senior HR and business leaders.
- Follows up sales leads, identifying opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and closes sale.
- Proactively identifies and generates new lead opportunities and prospects.
- Works to demonstrate payback to client's business from the offered solutions.
Skills/Experience :
- Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience in HR service or training industry.
- Ability to understand business context and articulate solutions to HR professionals and business leaders.
- Skilled at influencing senior decision makers and presenting at board level.
- Professional appearance, able to represent company at major events and exhibitions.
- French native level and fluency in English.
