Your
missions :
The Strategic account/Key account manager will report to the Europe Poultry Director.
The SA/KAM will work with other functions to develop and execute the strategy aiming at becoming a Planning Partner/Trusted adviser for strategic and key accounts. The strategy will be designed to increase the value delivered to strategic & key accounts in order to grow a profitable business and increase customer loyalty. The SA/KAM will work with the POULTRY Franchise, the Regional organisation and Regional/Local KAM to continue developing the Account Management capability across CEVA. He will align the organisation from the corporate strategy/activities to the local approach to strategic and key accounts in order to create a strongly customer-focused approach creating greater customer value and differentiating Ceva from competitors. So main missions will be:
1. Develop the account management capability across the european organization:
a. Provide the necessary training and coaching to the Regional account managers.
b. Shift selling practices from Product offering to solution provider (integrating technical and economic benefits)
c. Set up qualitative tools to measure progresses in our partnership with customers.
d. Cross pollinate good practices and success stories between species and countries
2. Maximise value delivered to customers:
a. Coach the organisation to integrate activities for Key Accounts that differentiate Ceva from competition and show specific value delivered by Ceva
b. Support local teams to prepare impactful pulse meetings with customers and participate to some of these meetings.
c. Support local teams to engage in value discussions with customers and to perceive the full value of all the activities rolled out by the Vaccination service, veterinary services and other functions.
d. Support local teams to connect with customer executives.
3. Extracting Value
a. Working with regions and local countries, contribute to set up targets for Strategic and key accounts
b. Monitor business progress
c. Support local business to grow sales and profitability in accounts targeted
d. Identify resources constraints and support to remove barriers.
Your
profile :
Business school, Veterinarian or engineer background, with 5 years' experience minimum in a pharmaceutical laboratory or in production related to layers or broiler breeders with a business mindset.

Position based at the Libourne headquarters, with frequent travel throughout Europe.
Votre profil:
Diplôme d'école de commerce, Vétérinaire ou école d'ingénieur, avec une expérience minimale de 5 ans dans un laboratoire pharmaceutique ou dans la production liée aux pondeuses ou aux reproducteurs de volailles, avec un esprit orienté business.
