Dcs Supervisor - Huelva Spain H/F B-Hive

In the site of Huelva, for a new plant.
We are looking for a DCS Supervisor for loop and logic checks, and start-up
The DCS is supplied by Emerson

Tasks and responsabilities:
Reports directly to the commissioning manager. In charge of supervising loop checks, logic checks and all activities related to DCS and SIS for the whole plant. Follows works on site (about 70% of his time on site). Shall continuously follow and control its workers. Ensures the compliance of the works performed with the precom / com ITP and E&C Global standard Ensures the compliance of the works performed with quality standards (E&C Global standard) Knows and uses project documentation and Group/E&C specifications in order to supervise its activities. Shall anticipate the works coming (based on the approved schedule and with the commissioning manager) studying the project drawings in advance, clarifying with the project PE the potential questions, verifying that the S/C will be ready to perform its works (critical material available, specialized companies or resources mobilized, Methods of statements issued and approved...). Shall give his priority to E&I S/C, in link with the general commissioning schedule and with the needs for the precommissioning of the other subsystems Shall ensure that free issue items required for its own SoW are delivered in time and make coordination with the Material manager. Shall anticipate the consummable material needed for its activities and report to the commissioning manager in case of anticipated shortage. Shall ensure that AS BUILT drawings are properly updated on the site master documents. Shall follow the vendors intervening on his scope of work, and particularly DCS energization with vendor. Shall review the vendors report before its submission and signature by the commissioning manager. Shall report at least 2 safety hazardous situation or non conformities per week by filling the Safety Notes and submitting it to the HSE manager. Shall stop the works when safety or quality issues are found until corrective action is implemented. Performs all the inspections on site as per ITP / Precom & com E&C Global standard Updates its own set of quality documents (quality documentation according to precom & com E&C Global standard) for its subsystems. Opens NCR related to its SoW and follows them until they are closed. Performs on a weekly basis the compilation of the signed quality files on commissioning section of Google drive. or Updates and signs the ITP with the inspection performed. Validates on a weekly basis the progress on his SoW through his feedback to the commissioning manager. Shall lead tool box with his subcontractor 2 at 3 times by weeks on specific safety or technical points with the support of HSE manager for safety tool bax and technical tool box with the superintendent Shall assist vendors and other supervisors for bump tests, motor solo run tests, run te
