Business Development Manager H/F

Title: Business Development Manager
Missions:
- Drive the introduction and growth of new cybersecurity vendors across European markets.
- Manage relationships within the channel ecosystem.
- Collaborate on strategic direction, supporting vendor launch plans and regional execution.
- Conduct C-level conversations with impactful presentations to articulate vision and value.
- Work independently and in a team to exceed growth targets.
- Support onboarding and scaling of new vendors to gain market traction.
- Travel frequently across Europe for vendor engagement and partner enablement.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably with vendors, distributors, or partners.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics and direct/indirect sales models.
- Proven track record launching technologies or vendors into European markets.
- Background in high-impact sales roles (cybersecurity experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable working autonomously while excelling in teamwork.

Personal Qualities:
- Start-up mentality and adaptability are a plus.
