Your Missions

Your mission: be a key partner to managers and employees, supporting them through their daily challenges as well as the major milestones of their journey, and bringing to life the HR projects that fuel our growth.

Working alongside the Head of People France and the People & Impact team, you will help evolve our practices, roll out global initiatives, and embody our core values every day: passion, boldness, simplicity, and a strong commitment to inclusion.

Your responsibilities

- Roll out and facilitate key HR rituals (annual reviews, mid-year reviews, career check-ins, etc.) to support talent development.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to managing your scope: monitor HR KPIs, analyze employee data, and provide reporting to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Employee Experience

- Collaborate closely with the People Ops team to ensure a seamless employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Foster a positive and stimulating work environment by being attentive to employee engagement and concerns.
- Turn employee feedback (engagement & pulse surveys, ad hoc feedback, etc.) into actionable levers to sustainably improve the organization.
- Proactively identify opportunities to continuously enhance the employee experience, contributing to HR projects related to engagement and well-being.
- Bring our ways of working and values to life every day, fostering a genuine culture of feedback.

Talent Management & Development

- Act as a bridge between teams and the People & Impact department: capture and share needs, adapt initiatives to the local context, and strengthen collaboration to maximize impact.
- Contribute to optimizing HR policies (training programs, career paths, etc.) to support employee growth and engagement.

HR Initiatives & Change Management

- Actively contribute to global HR projects (careers, performance, well-being, inclusion), ensuring their adoption across teams.
- Support managers and employees through organizational changes, helping them turn transitions into opportunities for growth.
- Bring a fresh perspective and concrete ideas to simplify and strengthen our HR practices, driving both efficiency and employee experience.

Your Profile

- You have 3 to 4 years of experience as an HRBP / People Business Partner in a scale-up or a fast-growing international environment.
