What you will do

We're looking for a versatile developer to join our team as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can deliver technical solutions while facilitating agile processes within the team. You will work closely with the Digital Product Owner, the 2 Solution Experts, the .Net Tech Lead and the 2 Software Engineers making up the team, as well as with the Digital Product Manager and stakeholders to improve our products in line with the overall Digital Products strategy and vision.

In the Digital Delivery Europe & Brazil Manufacturing and France Manufacturing areas, your agile team is responsible for the Shopfloor solutions (SUMO, PILOTE, etc.) used in the Bourg, Blainville and Saint Priest plants. You will be part of a dynamic team that is tackling the digital shift and transforming existing solutions to incorporate emerging IT technologies.

Your main activities as Software Engineer will be :

- Participating in the maintenance of the existing product, which is essential for the Renault Trucks plants
- Lead the development of new features in collaboration with the specifications given by the team, with a specialisation in .NET and PHP skills.
- Excelling in test-driven agile development, contributing to the team's agile practices.
- Innovate and develop technologies to improve the quality and performance of software solutions.
- Contribute to the technical design and architecture of applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability, mainly using .NET and PHP.
- Write and test code, carry out end-to-end integration tests, and provide support and maintenance for software solutions.
- Develop your product skills and eventually become a pillar of the team.

On the Scrum Master side, your challenges will be :

- Act as an agile coach for the team, supporting the adoption of agile principles and methodologies.
- Facilitate agile events to ensure transparency, inspection and adaptation.
- Help the team define meaningful sprint goals and create high-value increments.
- Promote a high-performance team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute deliverables, clearly communicating the agile strategy

Who are you?

Skills and Qualifications:

- .NET development experience of at least 3 years with additional PHP skills.
- Experience of development in Agile Scrum mode
- In-depth understanding of solution engineering practices, agile development methods and software
engineering principles.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members on agile and technical practices.
- Communication skills to explain complex concepts to users, colleagues and managers.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence stakeholders.
