About this opportunity

Dpt attcht: Treasury Back Office

Report : Directly reporting to the Treasury Back-office team and under the responsibility of Back-Office Manager.

Summary of role : Involved in daily and monthly requirements of the Treasury Back-Office. As part of a team, ensure all transactions are accurately and efficiently recorded and in line with agreed processes and controls.

Missions :

As part of a team, you will be involved in daily and monthly requirements of the Treasury Back-Office:

- Cash control

- Prepare daily documents to perform Cash control report

- Provide bank statements to Front office team and affiliates.

- Foreign exchange/ Loan/ Commodity ticket control

- Assist in the control of FX/Interest rate/Commodity deals booked by Front office

- Ensure FX confirmation status with banks

- Provide confirmations to internal counterparties

- Daily and monthly settlements

- Assist in the preparation of daily/ monthly settlements and netting settlement.

- Monthly reporting & Other responsibilities

- In relation with Internal counterparties to confirm Interco position at month-end.

- Involved in the preparation of monthly reporting (ie. Journal entry booking and Onestream reporting for some entities, Interest rate report, Netting report, Position report,...)

- Assist in the transition project of Accounting system (SAP)

Profile:

- Bac +4/5 Master's degrees/Business School

- You are fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and methodology skills

- Computer : good computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g, formulas, managing and preparing data for reporting ...)

The internship is for 6 months - ideally from November 2025 and based in Saint Ouen (93), near RER C station/ metro 14 station.
