Internship - Container Fleet Business & Ops Data Analyst H/F CMA CGM

YOUR ROLE

Within the Container Fleet Management Department, you will contribute to the development of a data model, KPIs, and reports to monitor the activity of container depots and identify discrepancies in operational and economic performance.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

You will implement a turnkey BI report shared by the various entities involved in the management of repair depots, in order to enable immediate analysis of their operational and financial performance.

Specifically:

- You will participate in the analysis of container repair costs across the Group's depots, comparing your results with real-world operations.
- You will contribute to the implementation of BI reports usable by headquarters, depots, and regional teams.
- You will be involved in various initiatives aimed at digitizing reports that are currently produced manually.
- Backed by data, you will help analyze existing processes and produce recommendations for process improvement.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Management Control, Data Science, or graduated from a Business School or Engineering School.
- You are proficient with IT and office tools, as well as data analysis tools: Excel, Power BI, Query, Pivot, AI, Copylot.
- You know how to analyze large volumes of data and interpret figures in a factual manner.
- You are capable of mapping processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- You are comfortable with interpersonal communication.
- You are able to present topics both orally and in writing.
- Your curiosity and ability to learn will be strong assets for this position.
- You demonstrate solid analytical skills.
- You are a good communicator and innovative thinker.
- A first experience in Data Science or AI would be a plus.
