YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :
This internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison (92) Danone office, in our superbe HQ office from January 2026.
To thrive in your missions, you will be accompanied by Styve, Ewa and Kamila - Global IT&Data Employee Experience team responsible for Employee Experience and Engagement. Your key missions in our team will include :
- Contribute to the implementation of the key projects enhancing employee Experience at Danone Globally. Following projects definition, development, and implementations.
- Create, maintain, and support all the knowledge management strategy across projects in a dynamic digital ecosystem.
- Design and animate the engagement strategy of our communities of admin and users globally.
- Learn and develop skills in platforms like ServiceNow and Qualtrics, as well as support the existing and new initiatives related to these solutions.
- Assist the implementation of the global roadmap of Employee experience and engagement globally, addressing the key business priorities and HR Digital strategy.

- INTERNSHIP : Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

For this position, we are looking for someon e:
- Available from January 2026 for a duration of 6 months
- You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or engineering school
- Appetences : Proactive, engaging and fast learner/tech passionate team player.
- Language : We need someone who is fluent in English and French, and another language will be highly appreciated.
- Softwares: able to work with Excel and different data sources / you feel comfortable with Power point, data base management and some knowledge of HTML coding / curious and wants to know more about the different SaaS platforms within our ecosystem.
