Job description

Alsinova is looking for an intern, preferably at the end of the Human Resources Management course, someone who is motivated, curious, ready to take initiative and who values his or her development as well as that of the company and its staff.

Your challenges will be:

- Help build a culture of learning: collect training needs, book training (internal + external), promote apprenticeships, manage cefora subsidies.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, preparing to welcome newcomers and ensuring that all information is accurate and relevant.
- Assist and assist in the organization of events (knowledge information sessions, team buildings, job fairs, university days, networking events...).
- Assist in the implementation of strategic HR projects and internal policies.
- Assist in the management of benefits, especially for the fleet of vehicles.
- Assist in the management of personnel files.

Profile

- Fluency in French and English is a must, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have positive energy, drive, and enthusiasm when it comes to talking to people.
- You enjoy creating strong and clear messages on social media.
- You are willing to learn and take feedback as an opportunity to grow.
- You have been using the Office suite.
