Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Real Estate Data Intelligence & Governance
Purpose
Ensure data reliability and deliver actionable insights in the real estate domain by leveraging Power BI dashboards and securing the integrity of the FRED database.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide strategic real estate insights.
Coordinate with stakeholders to validate and correct data inputs, ensuring accuracy.
Act as project owner for FRED improvements: gather requirements, manage update requests with Visiativ software.
Champion data governance and continuous improvement of real estate data systems.
Impact
Empower decision-making with trusted data and intuitive analytics, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic planning in real estate management.
In Detail
1. Data Intelligence
Build and maintain Power BI tables and dashboards for RE stakeholders' daily activities.
Review and optimize existing visualizations.
Provide actionable insights (e.g., sites opened, closed, in project phase) directly reusable in reports.
2. FRED RE Data Reliability
Develop anomaly detection reports and lead remediation campaigns.
Explore AI opportunities to strengthen data quality and monitoring.
3. FRED Operations
Draft and follow up on change requests for FRED enhancements.
Improve and adapt existing FRED user guides to new ergonomics.
Develop tutorials and digitalized procedures with stakeholder input.
Manage user accounts, ensuring sensitive data access is restricted to authorized roles.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Profile & Competencies :
- Bachelor or Master Degree specialized in IT and Data management
- Knowledges on Power BI
- Fluent in English
- Rigor, curiosity & creativity
