What you'll do

- Partner with Field Sales leadership to align people strategies with business goals
- Design and deliver talent and performance programs that support growth and career development
- Drive engagement and belonging, building a strong team culture
- Coach leaders on people topics and guide organisational change
- Collaborate with People and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and shape the future of the team

You'll be great for this role if you have/are:

- Experienced as a Senior HR Business Partner, ideally in Field Sales or commercial organisations
- Strong track record in talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement
- Excellent coaching, communication, and influencing skills
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and passionate about helping people grow.
