Business Development Manager H/F Neoen

In Ireland, Neoen owns a portfolio of eight wind farms totalling 53 MW and 3 solar farms totalling 58 MWp. We are currently constructing another 100 MWp of solar and have a pipeline of 1.7 GW in development across wind, solar and BESS.Our Development Team is looking for a Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will BE responsible for the development of a portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage projects, from identifying the site to securing the land and the permits until handover to the Construction team.The main tasks include :
- Prospection of new sites for the development of projects;
- Analysis of the electrical network infrastructures to facilitate the interconnection of the projects;
- Development of plans to lead or assist with landowner negotiations (on site, road access, cable, and overhead line wayleaves, etc.);
- External stakeholder management including landowners, local communities, local authorities, and elected representatives;
- Oversight of third-party partners and providers of technical services;
- Management of the planning process and grid connection process;
- Management of financial models supporting the business case of projects;
- Assist with the identification of routes to market for the various technologies.
- Support the Construction and Asset management teams;
- Adherence to Health & Safety procedures;
- Regular management reporting.
