The Inside Sales closely cooperates with the 2 Sales Managers in their daily operations by ensuring a high level of team support throughout the entire Customer buying experience : from quotation creation till the contract finalization and full execution.
Our teams
The sales team is responsible for deploying Roquette's technical solutions while effectively communicating our value proposition to customers. Their primary goal is to achieve sales targets and maximize variable margins within the Animal Nutrition sector.
Your experience and talents will make the difference to :
- Contracts management, discounts, samples shipments, products and portfolio analysis and reports,
- Contracts management, samples shipments, products and portfolio analysis and reports,
- Cross-working with the Customer Care and the Flow Manager : contract adherence management with weekly review on carry over of first products full Europe, issues solving, adjustments of volume in SAP in interaction with the Account Managers.
- Contract creation management with our SAP ERP (contract creation, contract sending to customers) for Europe.
- Daily use and update of our SalesForce CRM tool : keeping updated the customer information, registering reports and updating data.
- Interactions with the Customer Master Data Team (ship-to, Qmir...)
- Create report, network, build and maintain productive customer relationship

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Business administration, Sales & Marketing, etc.) & up to 2/3 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Strong communication skills, Customer focus, Analytical skills, Curiosity, Problem solving, organized & positive attitude
- Team player and ability to work in a multicutural network
- Strong knowledge of SAP (and CRM is a plus)
- Sense of priority, action oriented and organized, polyvalent and reactive
- Proven experience in : Sales Funnel, offer to cash, order management, quality, complains, etc
- And because we are an international company, you are fluent in English
