Job description :
- Developing the change management strategy for projects related to the adoption of the Group's digital solutions (L'OréalGPT, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Klaxoon...)
- Defining personas and mapping user experiences.
- Creating and updating educational and promotional content for our employees in French and English (infographics, video tutorials, user guides, emails...).
- Coordinating the deployment of projects with our People Experience representatives worldwide.
- Managing a reference website to provide available content and training.
- Evaluating the effectiveness and user satisfaction for each project through KPIs : usage rate, number of users, satisfaction (NPS)...
- Direct impact on Employee Experience : You'll BE actively shaping how L'Oréal employees worldwide interact with technology, directly impacting their productivity and satisfaction.

Your profile :
- You are a student
- With a master's degree in Engineering or Business School / University.
- Looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
- Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement for 12 months by your school.
- Fluent in English or French.

Our recruitment process :

A 30-minute interview with a recruiter will allow you to present your personality and explore the opportunities that match your profile.
If this interview is successful, you will then meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview, between 45 minutes and 1 hour, to discuss the missions.
