Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for sport, culture, and creative innovation? Do you know how to shape brand narratives that connect emotionally and move people to action? Salomon is looking for a Lead Copywriter W/Mto help define and elevate our voice across campaigns, platforms, and experiences. Based in our Brand Creative team, this role offers the opportunity to drive Salomon's messaging strategy at a global level, blending authenticity, imagination, and purpose in every Word.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute impactful brand narratives for campaigns that resonate with our audience and translate Salomon's values of authenticity, innovation, and creativity.
- Create comprehensive copy guidelines for various formats including CRM, ECOM, product copy, and brand campaigns to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Creative Director, Creative Leads, and Localization Specialist to craft brand storytelling that aligns with Salomon's purpose and core values.
- Oversee the editing and refinement of both consumer-facing and internal content, ensuring all copy adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice while embodying the beliefs of being creative disruptors, connected and empowered, radically innovative, authentic and transparent and sustainably committed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in storytelling and brand messaging, incorporating innovative approaches into Salomon's communication strategies.
- Long-term vision : build and lead a global copywriting team under this role.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and brand messaging, ideally in the sports, outdoor, or lifestyle industries.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong grasp of brand strategy and the ability to translate brand vision and product innovation into effective communication strategies.
- Conceptual thinker with a passion for storytelling and a willingness to push creative boundaries.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and managing multiple projects at once.

Desired Qualifications
- Education :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Languages :Mastery of written and spoken English; French language skills are a strong plus.
