Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join the Indices, ETFs, and Structured Derivatives department. The position will BE based in Paris. You will report to the Strategy & Business Development Manager support him in his day to day missions in (i) piloting the Indices, ETFs and Securitised Deriviatves business units, and (ii) identifiying and successfully execute strategic projects and BaU projects, and (iii) prepare market reports and internal reporting for the management team.

You will primarily BE responsible for :
- Support the Strategy & Business Development Manager in realising strategic planning and execution, involving notably the realisation of the division's ambitious strategic roadmap in the context of Euronext's 2027 strategic plan.
- Identify and execute growth opporutnities in close collaboration with business heads
- Identify and execute a strategic plan to further diversify the business unit's service offering and how to integrate these within the business unit's perimeter
- Prepare, assists and oversee reports, presentations, and communications prepared by the teamp for internal and external stakeholders.
- Market Research and Analysis : Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth.
- Strategic Planning : Assist the Manager is developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business expansion and achieve revenue targets.
- Support the Manager in coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives as well as creating and maintening key performance indicators and management tools.
- Act as a liaison between the Manager and other departments.

Your profile :
- Solid understanding of- and interest in- capital markets (at least 2 years of relevant experience).
- Willingness and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
- Command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong abilities to perform research and build relevant intelligence on a wide set of quantitative and qualitative topics.
- Ability to work in teams and supervise/assist junior members of the team
