Key responsibilities/What you do :
This rolewill play a pivotal role in redefining and optimizing our global sales strategy to drive growth and efficiency across our global markets' organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategies, transformation methodologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales Excellence & Steering (GSES), the role's objective is to own & drive the implementation of Allianz Partner's sale strategy. The Person taking on this role will need to work closely with the various sales teams (local Business Units and global sales teams) and closely collaborate across the GSES team. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the board of management.
Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Steer the strategic plan, monitor governance, develop performance dashboards, and consolidate reports for senior executives.
- Lead strategic programs that drive profitable growth, process improvement, organizational effectiveness while optimizing automation, digitilization, and tools.
- Implement initiatives derived from the holistic sales strategy.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement/investment while developing and presenting actionable insights to senior management.
Project Management :
- Analyze organizational and cultural impacts of transformation projects, propose accompanying measures, manage project management structures, support various company departments' programs, and finally participating in the recruitment, animation, and development of project teams.
- Collaborate with key customers (sales teams in markets as well as B-Partners) to understand their needs and ensure our sales strategies effectively address their requirements.
- Contribute to the management of financial investments and monitor budgets related to projects and presentations of decisions. Act as change agent across the organization while driving transformation.
- Takes initiative and tests limits but also demonstrates flexibility and adaptability where appropriate.
- Understands how to constructively challenge the conventional wisdom or accepted ways of doing things.
- Managing project risks.
To occupy this key role in the organization, we are looking for a profile that is both operational and strategic, with the ability to work in a complex multicultural environment and coordinate projects involving numerous stakeholders in a proactive manner. The person must be able to understand the company's challenges and opportunities with a strategic perspective.
Successful significant experience in managing international programs on complex issues, good knowledge of the Allianz Group and scope, and finally enthusiasm, strong work ethic, communicative energy, team spirit, and a results-oriented mindset are values sought after paired with an international profile being fluent English. This role provides unique visibility to the Allianz Partners top management (board of management and direct reports), ample opportunity to learn from great minds, and working hand-in-hand with the head of global sales excellence & steering.

Le profil recherché
Key requirements/What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate consulting, strategy formulation, sales transformation, or related roles within the insurance or financial services industry · Experience in interacting with top management.
- Experience in digital transformation or innovation desirable.
- Strategic, innovative, and conceptual capabilities.
- Proven experience in managing & delivering global, strategic projects.
- Proven skills, experience and knowledge of AI related topics.
- Proven skills in effective governance and KPI steering within a large, complex organization.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis to form decisions.
- Ability to continuously optimize and innovate concepts and products leveraging AI technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and self-steering with a willingness to take on and own new challenge.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), French & German are a plus.
- Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management).
