Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company providing innovative software solutions for businesses worldwide. With a strong market presence, they are seeking an Account Manager to drive customer success, build strong relationships, and maximize revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop a portfolio of SaaS clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue expansion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and provide proactive support.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to optimize customer experience.
- Analyze customer usage data and feedback to drive engagement and product adoption.
- Assist in contract negotiations and renewals to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on goals and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights.
Profile Sought :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in driving customer retention and revenue growth.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
