As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative under the guidance of our Country Manager Iberia/Latam to contribute to expanding our business outreach in the Iberian/Latam market.
Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate outbound campaigns, identifying and engaging potential leads, thereby driving measurable growth in new business opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts
- Design and execute targeted outreach initiatives to effectively enhance the sales pipeline, thereby boosting the potential for new business opportunities and ensuring the team's ability to meet and exceed set revenue targets
- Qualify inbound leads by understanding their business needs and evaluating their potential interest in Didomi's offerings
- Conduct meetings with key decision-makers of potential clients to identify collaboration and access their needs
- Develop and maintain our database while ensuring proper documentation of all activities within the CRM

Qualifications

- Excellent level in Spanish and fluent in English
- Preferably enrolled in a Master Degree
- Proficient in conducting detailed market research and ability to identify emerging business opportunities
- Excellent Interpersonal skills (Communication, Active Listening, persuasive skills)

Nice to have

- Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in navigating the different stages of the sales lifecycle
- Familiar with customer relation management platform (Preferably Salesforce)
- Capacity to stay updated with industry trends, discern customer preferences, and adjustments to technological advancements
- Skilled in performing competitive analysis, with an understanding of competitor strategies and market positioning
- Analytical Skills

Recruitment process

- HR Interview (15 min)
- Interview with the hiring manager, our Country Manager Iberia/Latam (30 min)
