Les missions du poste
Your Mission
You will define and execute the go-to-market and key account strategy in Italy for the Ambient OEM business, working in close alignment with the European leadership. As P&L owner for the region, you'll BE responsible for business performance, people leadership, and long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Direction & Commercial Leadership
- Define and drive the Ambient OEM sales strategy for Italy, including account prioritization and negotiation support.
- Set and track customer-level sales KPIs; proactively address gaps in performance.
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations for investments and initiatives to the Europe Commercial Lead.
2. Full P&L Ownership
- Accountable for topline and bottom-line results across Italy Ambient OEM.
- Set annual financial targets and collaborate with demand planning on volume forecasting.
- Identify and mitigate risks to profitability, ensuring COGS targets are met.
3. Commercial Excellence
- Foster high standards of commercial execution across all accounts.
- Deliver track-record growth through new account acquisition, cross-category sales, and increased share of wallet.
- Build enduring, trust-based relationships with clients.
4. Cross-functional & Operational Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Europe Demand Planning team to ensure accurate forecasting and S&OP integration.
- Align with manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D to prioritize customer development and NPD projects.
- Partner with branded sales teams and KAMs for joint customer strategies.
5. People & Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a collaborative Italy Ambient OEM team across multiple geographies.
- Set a positive, results-driven, and engaging team culture.
- Build succession plans, coach high-potentials, and improve employee engagement and retention.
Le profil recherché
What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2B OEM sales, ideally in canned, ready-to-eat, or commoditized categories.
- Deep knowledge of the Italian retail and food markets.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and end-to-end P&L management.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal & external).
- Inspirational leadership and a talent for developing high-performing teams.
