Our client is an international consulting firm with over 15,000 consultants, currently looking for a Senior Business Manager for its Business Unit based in Haarlem (The Netherlands).

Your Mission :

As a key player in the leadership team, you will BE responsible for driving business performance, leading teams, and shaping the strategic direction of your business unit. You will act as a true Country Manager within your scope.

Your Main Responsibilities :

· Define and execute the development strategy in coordination with your manager

· Lead and coach a Business Manager / Recruiter

· Supervise a Technical Manager responsible for project delivery and pre-sales activities

· Manage and develop your team of consultants, support their career growth

· Attract and recruit top talent in partnership with the recruitment team

· Grow your business pipeline and develop new opportunities within your sector

· Set priorities and make strategic decisions within your perimeter

· Promote and position consulting service offerings to clients and prospects

· Ensure client satisfaction and team performance, with the support of the Operations Department

Your Profile :

· Master's degree (Engineering or Business School)

· Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT consulting firm ideally

· Strong leadership and business development skills

· Experience or interest in the engineering sector (mechanical design/stress, embedded software, systems engineering) is a real plus

· Fluent in Dutch and English - You will evolve in an international environment
