Missions of the job

Reporting directly to the Country Manager France, you will BE responsible for promoting and selling Adisseo's Specialties products across France. You will work closely with local and regional teams to deliver tailored solutions to key customers (feed and premix companies), combining our products and services to meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adisseo's Specialties product range across France, with a focus on delivering tailored technical and nutritional solutions.
- Understand customer needs and define action plans by segmenting key accounts and prospects.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for feed and premix companies, influencing decision-makers and building long-term relationships.
- Support product launches with effective local strategies and ensure successful market implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams (Marketing, Category Management, Technical Advisors).
- Lead or contribute to local marketing actions (events, advertising, testimonials) in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Monitor the animal feed market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Contribute to the development of Global Key Accounts (GKA), aligned with strategic objectives.
- Track and report activities, visits, and customer interactions using the CRM system (ACE).
- Follow up on technical trials in the field, in collaboration with the technical team.

Qualifications

Hard Skills
- Solid background in animal nutrition, with specific expertise in monogastric species.
- Experience in feed formulation is a strong plus.
- Proficient in IT tools and digital platforms.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable delivering technical presentations to professional audiences.
- Willing to spend approximately 50% of working time in the field.

Soft Skills
- Strongly sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Able to work autonomously while being a reliable team player.
- Excellent active listening skills to identify customer needs.
- Clear, persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Education
- A master's degree in agriculture or nutrition or equivalent through experience.
- Experience in the animal feed industry.
