We're offering a great position for a People Operations Specialist in Bordeaux for anapprenticeship. So, if you've got a way with human resources in a challenging environment and agenuine desire to build a first-class People organization, we'd love to hear from you !
Your Mission (If You Accept IT) :

- Build, maintain and enhance the administrative experience at Back Market
- Create contracts, amendments and generate exit documents
- Handle our legal declarations
- Manage employees' requests relative to People Operations & Payroll in a timely manner and with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach
- Update and upgrade our internal knowledge hub to ensure transparency and comfort to our employees

You're At The Right Place If :

- You have a first experience (internship, apprenticeship) in a similar role or polyvalent HR role
- You ideally have an expertise/curiosity in payroll management
- You are willing to work in an international environment (english is a no brainer)
- You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) and an active listener : you've always delivered a strong service and support to your clients and to your team
- You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in autonomy
- You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team !

About this apprenticeship :

- Starting date : August or September 2025
- Duration : 12 monthsideally
- Location : Bordeaux, France
- Requirement : You must BE enrolled in a French work-study program providing an apprenticeship contract (contrat d'alternance).

Recruitment Process :

- Video-call / Technical Interview with the direct manager (45min)
- Video-call / HR Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30min)
- Video-call / Team fit Interview with another person in the team (30min)
