IN THIS METIER, YOU ARE ENERGISED BY :
Ensuring efficient HR solutions for the business.
- Defining and implementing the appropriate people and organization strategy for regional client group, supporting the business in line with the House's global human resources strategy and priorities
- Leading and streamlining all the human resources processes and calendars, including annual compensation review, performance management talent review training plan roll-out, headcount and staff cost monitoring and planning
- Being accountable for labor-related legal compliance
Embodying an agile mindset to support the future of the organization as IT transforms and grows.
- Partnering with the business to align priorities and goals with the right talent and resources for the future (through recruitments, mobilities), taking into consideration organization transformation, operational effectiveness, performance management and employee engagement
- Driving change management projects focused on different areas, including leadership, learning and ways of working, organizations
Acting as a brand ambassador for CHANEL's values and culture to support individuals within the business and deepened employee engagement.
- Progressing our ambitions for Talent and Culture through Talent acquisition & retention, Leadership development, Well-being, health and safety, People listening, Social commitment, Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Design and capabilities
- As a brand ambassador, nourishing and strengthening brand engagement and the diffusion of the House's culture among employees and external candidates, notably through onboarding process using existing resources (HR Hub, group training programs, boutique immersion, etc
- You will also contribute to specific HR initiatives and projects, such as development programs, and drive organizational transformation projects to support the company's evolution and growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING :
- With a higher education in Business, Law and/or Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources, you have 5 years of experience minimum as an HR generalist
- Reactive and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are autonomous and proactive
- Diplomatic and rigorous, your sense of service and teamwork, and your reliability will BE assets in carrying out your missions
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and build strong relationships with diverse teams.
- Ability to align HR strategies with business goals and to understand the broader organizational context.
- Experience in leading and supporting organizational change, driving initiatives that foster adaptability and growth.
Ability to navigate and resolve complex HR issues, including conflict resolution and sensitive employee relations situations.
