We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solution Consultant to join our Digital Media based in Paris.

As a creative problem-solving leader from the Solutions Consulting team, the Firefly (FF) Solution Consultant will have the chance to create solutions for the most valuable client problems. You will bring deep technical expertise to craft solutions, and vision, that pursue prospects' most meaningful business problems.

Also, partnering with cross functional resources such as Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering will allow you to BE the voice of the field and drive innovation for Adobe. As part of this, you will tailor sales plays, use-cases, and technical solutions which clearly articulate the context and technical value of the GenAI technologies in the customer's daily work stream.

Depth of technical knowledge of Adobe solutions will BE key to your success and value to the team.

Deep experience in partnering with sales to drive customer change and innovation is highly valued as well as professional experience in Digital Media solutions.

Additionally, experience on the customer or agency side is an asset that would bring credibility to our sales process and most importantly our customers.

What you'll do :

The Firefly (FF) Specialist Solution Consultant coordinates and manages all necessary pre-sales activities and resources that lead to the technical validation by the customer of a complex products/applications/solutions with GenAI technologies. Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise, through discovery, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and implementation of proof of concepts. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company solutions to meet the customer needs and coordinate the preparation of a detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer's solution. This is a dynamic role that will allow the individual the freedom to tackle something new and exciting at each turn. This role will overlay in a variety of prioritized sales cycles, and key opportunities, and engage with various account teams and surrounding resources. The FF SC must BE able to easily integrate into many different environments and team cultures, and ultimately play the role that is best for the customer, which may look slightly different with various engagements.

The FF SC will partner with the Adobe Account team as overlays, aligning directly with the FF Product Specialist AEs, to set the strategy, vision, and technical solution for GenAI opportunities using the tools in our Enterprise Customer Journey framework (ECJ) to maximize the customer benefits and establish a baseline for value realization.
- A FF SC drives the technical ecosystem to understand the customer's needs, match that to Adobe technology and communicate the value this solution will deliver to the customer.
- The FF SC will project manages the technical validation process, which is a key stage of the sales cycle, and coordinates key deliverables and programmatic artifacts to ensure perfect alignment with the customer, in coordination with the account Solution Consultant.
- The FF SC will provide risk analysis, updates, and consult on other structural updates to the larger team/ecosystem.
- Architecture design discussions and Enterprise System design
- Ability to manage an extended team of business, technical, and process experts.
- Project confidence and competence, project management capabilities.
- RFP/RFI process support
- Developpement and delivery of compelling product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Strong partnership with the Firefly Specialist Sales and Account Executive in account planning and strategy

What you'll need to succeed :
- Must BE able to discuss the benefits of some or all the solutions within the context of GenAI technologies, build and present custom demos and integrations that take into account the customers's specificities and expectations. Perform advanced discovery, and develop a vision which matches clients' objectives and solves their business issues. Maintain an understanding of GenAI competitors, especially strengths and weaknesses of competitor solutions.
- Develop & Maintain authoritative understanding of key industries applicable to the role (e.g. Media & Entertainment, FSI, High Tech, Telecom, Health Care, Travel & Hospitality, B2B) including key trends, challenges and innovations.
- Ability to work cooperatively with clients, delivery & implementation teams, and partners to create technical success with Adobe solutions as well as define a path to value realization by using Adobe solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation, storytelling, and technical solutioning skills in French and English.
- Drive discovery with both the client and Adobe team, including whiteboarding, ideation, and design thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the creative industry and its best practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing systems and their applications in business.
- Technical Skills Understanding of DX Marketing Cloud such as AEM is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Creative Cloud Tools : e.g. Photoshop and InDesign primarily; Experience with Illustrator, Video, 3D is a strong plus.
- Technical experience with APIs, developpement/coding, integrations, or enterprise IT is mandatory.
