HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As the HR Leader for the French market, you will BE driving our people agenda, directly and primarily responsible for ~300 employees (Office & Customers Service).
Additionally, you will BE supporting the Maisons for Talent Acquisition and daily HR Business Partnering of their Retail teams as well as collaborating with local Maisons HQs on some specific topics.
This is your opportunity to build a dynamic HR function within our matrix organization.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Talent Management & Development :
- Champion the effective implementation of HR cycles and processes to identify, nurture, and reward our Richemont talents, ensuring seamless recruitment and internal mobility.
- Define the strategic direction for RRF employee development and training, equipping our workforce with the skills needed to thrive, and ensuring the successful implementation of Regional L&D roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Region to develop and implement initiatives to attract and retain top talents, fueling internal pipelines.
- Team Leadership & Development :
- Inspire and motivate your team with a clear vision, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and transparent work environment.
- Establish and regularly review performance objectives, celebrating successes and providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and accelerate the growth of your direct reports, identifying and preparing future leaders.
- Employee Relations & Social Dialogue :
- Animate the Work Council for the distribution entity and steering social negotiations on topics such as salary increases, profit-sharing, and working time arrangements.
- Cultivate an open and constructive dialogue with staff and union representatives, and proactively address their concerns.
- Data & Technology Integration :
- Support the implementation and localization of new systems and technologies within the French market (e.g., Workday, Varicent).
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies.
- Establish and monitor key metrics to assess the performance and impact of HR initiatives on business strategy.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· 15+ years of experience in HR field or related function
Strong knowledge of the French market environment and French labor law.
· Solid experience in a Leadership role in Multinational Companies with solid business acumen and ability to partner in & to navigate in a global organization
· Proactively builds strong collaborative relationships to effectively manage by influence within a highly matrixed environment
· Excellent communication and presentation skills (both in English and French)
· Data, insight and digital driven to identify key trends and proactively propose solutions
