The Opportunity
From the moment you wake up in the morning until you GO to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. You will BE part of an EMEA-wide Labour Relations Consultant team, who provide directions on handling employee representative matters and offer input on policies and practices. You will partner with key collaborators throughout the business and interact with various levels of management, while being a close partner for the EMEA HR BPs, Employee Relations, Employment Legal team, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and the Employee Resource Center (ERC). With these roles you are a critical part of the EX ecosystem in the country and in the region, helping us creating the future of EX.

- Develop and improve labour relations processes for EMEA, not just France and Spain (e.g. diagnose and solve barriers to execution in current work processes and work intake review technology solutions for labour relations and collaboration with our stakeholders)
- Dealing with authorities such as Labour inspector, occupational doctors etc.
- Collaborate closely with your Labour Relations colleagues across the regions, act as a team and support/substitute each other. BE a partner for EMEA Employee Experience functions and Employment Legal.
