Transdev is looking for an International HR Junior Manager M/F (6 months internship)
Your roadmap
Your missions will BE as follows :
1 - VIE Program
Contribute to the Group's international mobility strategy through operational support to the VIE program :
- Collect and consolidate staffing needs from local teams
- Support the recruitment and selection process
- Coordinate onboarding at both local and Group level (digital or at HQ)
- Ensure completion of administrative steps
- Update dashboards and track monthly KPIs
2 - Group Graduate Program
Support the organization of the Group's international Graduate Program :
- Assist in the selection process and participant follow-up
- Contribute to the organization of learning expeditions and development activities
3 - Support to Other International Programs
- Lead coordination of international internship staffing
- Assist with Short Term Assignments (STA) processes
- Contribute to other ad hoc international HR initiatives
4 - Communication
- Promote international programs internally and externally
- Update content and support communication on SharePoint and other internal platforms

Le profil recherché
Your profile
You are a Master's student in Human Resources with excellent English proficiency, strong internal communication skills, and advanced MS tools expertise. French and a third language are a plus.

Your destination
Within the Group Talent department, the International HR Support, Careers & Staffing team manages processes and projects aiming at developing careers' internationalization while contributing to business development and operational performance by mobilizing the right person at the right place at the right moment.
Location : Issy-les-Moulineaux (92)
Period : July 2025 - December 2025. Starting and ending days to BE determined jointly with your manager.
