Job description :
You'll BE in charge of :
Sustainability Trainings :
- Reinvent the training material on Sustainability DevPack (rethinking, updating for more impact) and support conducting Worldwide Sustainability trainings
Extra financial reporting & compliance :
- Participate in formalizing some key external reporting of Packaging Environmental Indicators for the Group (such as the Consumer Good Forum, CDP, etc.)
- Support the coordination of action plans following an internal audit and track the outcomes into L'Oréal compliance tool
Environmental Regulations & Claims :
- Support updates of internal environmental guidelines based on upcoming regulations
- Build user-friendly tools to present and track information on current environmental regulations

- A Master student (Engineering school / University) - No margin for negotiation on this one ! Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school - no negotiation either !
- Fluent in French and English is a plus
- Education or experience in Sustainability is a plus.
- Convincing. You explain your ideas clearly, based on sound reasoning.
- Entrepreneurial. You like to try new things and discover new ways of doing !
- Team player. You have excellent interpersonal skills and easily find your place in a team.
- Open-minded. You exchange your ideas and integrate the opinions of others in order to find the optimal solution.

Depending on the outcome of the interview, you will have the opportunity to meet during a 45-minute to 1-hour discussion your potential future manager for a second and final interview to discuss the missions.
