Digital Data Analyst - R&D Accelerator

Location : Paris

Grade : L2

Remote Working : 2 days remote working, 3 days on-site

We're looking for creative, curious Data Analysts to join our R&D Accelerator. BE part of a team developing innovative digital products aimed at halving the time IT takes to safely bring effective therapies to patients.

What you'll do

As a Data Analyst you'll contribute to solution design and play a key role in ensuring the quality, usability, and security of Sanofi's data, as well as :
- Perform exploratory data analysis and feature generation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data models and definitions
- Gather requirements for sustainable data management
- Develop and implement data management standards and best practices

What we're looking for

Initiative-taking problem solvers with an eye for detail who think critically and apply a highly analytical approach to their work.

Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data profiling
- Familiar with cloud computing (AWS)
- Skilled in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and the Informatica Suite
- Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or equivalent experience in a Data Analytics role

Experience
- Significant experience in a Data Analyst role
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams to drive alignment and results
- Strong understanding of databases and data management tools e.g., business glossaries, metadata, cataloguing, data quality
- Experience working in Lean and Agile environments
- Knowledge and experience of privacy laws

Experience working within the healthcare sector would BE an advantage, but not essential.
