Les missions du poste
As HR Manager, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the HR strategy in France and across a European scope. You will manage a small HR team and work closely with international HR teams.
Your main responsibilities :
- Lead the local HR strategy in alignment with business and regulatory objectives.
- As a true Business Partner, you will act as a liaison with management and leaders to support them on managerial issues, strategy, performance management, change management, and employee engagement.
- Supervise operational HR activities : payroll, labor relations, people management...
- Structure and lead employee journeys.
- Work in close coordination with the international HR team to harmonize processes and develop innovative HR practices.
Le profil recherché
- You hold a higher education degree (Business School, Master's in HR or Labor Law) and have significant experience (+ 7/8 years)and at least 5 years in a similar role with broad HR scope
- Expert and very experienced in French labour law
- High willingness to develop effective working relationships with Business Leaders and understand and support business needs (ideally in Sales environments)
- Experience in handling CSE
- Experience and willingness with working in a international HR Team
You are fluent in English and are known for your initiative and ability to implement processes.
