What You'll Do :

As a Talent Sourcing Advisor, you'll BE at the forefront of our innovation, executing our talent sourcing strategy by identifying and attracting qualified passive candidates to build talent pools and provide diverse candidate slates for hard to fill openings and geographies.You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. The individual will utilize sourcing tools and resources while adhering to standardized processes, identifying, and advising on market insights, and providing an excellent candidate experience. To BE successful in this role, the Talent Sourcing Advisor will need to BE able to understand the roles by asking insightful questions and ensuring clarity in a team's recruiting needs.

What We're Looking For :
- Manage the sourced candidate recruitment lifecycle including demonstrating personal and employer brand, recruiting and building talent pools for active and passive internal and external candidates, presenting candidates to hiring manager, and presenting and negotiating offer details.
- Influence and attract across a wide range a candidate types including active, passive, non-relocatable, international, executive, staff level, and others. while integrating the Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition.
- Define and gather job requirements with hiring manager and Talent Acquisition Partner.
- In partnership with Talent Acquisition Partner and business leadership, understand workforce planning to create proactive diverse recruitment campaigns and talent pools.
- Gain and share thought leadership knowledge through social media and other human resources and recruiting tools to stay informed on recruiting trends and technologies.
- Leverage market expertise along with internal factors to create effective recruitment campaigns.
- Provide talent insight reports to the business, human resources, and Talent Acquisition Partner to assist with workforce planning.
- Ensure positive, consistent candidate experience to drive effective employment brand working with all stakeholders across the Human Resource team and business.
- Ensure qualified, diverse candidate slates are presented to hiring managers.
- Work within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to build talent pools, organize candidates during the interview process, and report back to business details of interest regarding proactively sourced talent while maintaining data integrity.
- Meet or exceed targets for sourcing key performance indicators.
- Act as trusted advisor on labor market trends and information to the business.
- Support other recruiting activities and projects as needed while having a continuous improvement mindset.

Skills That Make a Difference :
- Business related undergraduate degree preferred
- Experience and knowledge of recruiting best practices and procedures
- Successful sourcing, recruitment, and selection of candidates through an agency model preferred
- Experience utilizing sourcing and engagement tools such as LinkedIn, CRM, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards
- Experience meeting KPI's to meet recruitment objectives
- Experience of working in talent acquisition withina global corporate environment preferred
- Ability to influence, consult, and network across a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work with and analyze data to present business cases to HR and business partners to help inform decision making
- Ability to BE resourceful and innovative in approach to finding talent with limited day to day direction
- Ability to work through and change and ambiguity
