As Audit Data Analytics Senior Manager within our Sanofi Internal Audit Data Analytics team, you'll help find new, innovative ways to identify risks through data. Developing tailor-made AI solutions that help us quickly focus on Risks across the whole company.

Main responsibilities :

The Audit Data Analytics Senior Manager handles activities related to Sanofi Internal Audit Assignments, such as :
- Support Internal Audit team members during audits by ensuring a high level of expertise on data analytics and propose evidence
- Deeply understand end-to-end data analytics process : extraction, transformation, modelling, AI/ML, visualization
- Foster data transformation and analysis techniques usage to identify risks and audit points
- Foster the digital transformation at SIA&RM
- Improve Auditors skills and knowledge about data and AI

About you

Experience :
- A minimum of four to six years of professional work experience in Data Analytics is required ideally with at least 2 years of Data Analytics in external and/or internal audit

Soft skills :
- Strong communication skills, operate with a collaborative mindset
- Effective in prioritizing work and following through on commitments
- Strong change management ability
- Ability to take large volumes of complex data and/or information and present IT in a clear and concise manner
- Strong ability to disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills is required

Technical skills :
- Data Visualization : Power BI, Qlik and/or Tableau
- Previous hands-on experience using Machine Learning algorithms is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP (data model, tables structure and processes) is recommended
- ETL : Alteryx and/or Dataiku
- Programming' languages amongst : SQL, Python, R, M and/or DAX

Education :
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required

Languages :
- Fluent English & French
