The Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join FDJ United's Commercial Analytics team, supporting Unibet France.
The Commercial Analytics team use large volumes of data from a range of sources to understand our customers' playing behavior and commercial performance drivers.
What you will do
- Use data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making to optimize commercial performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators and other success metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity in complex datasets and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience and improve commercial performance.
- Communicate findings of analysis results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across both Unibet France and Parions Sport en Ligne teams to help align their business objectives.
Your experience
- Experience of data analysis in a high data volume business.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Capacity to adapt to new challenges and effectively leverage data insights to contribute to actionable solutions.
- Experience of SQL and/or R / Python programming language.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, is a plus.
- Degree preferred in computer science, statistics, economics or other math/science related field.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry would BE an advantage.
- Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment, with the ability to communicate adequately in English.
