We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will BE responsible for activities related to the service in our Pastry department.

Key accountabilities
- Responsible for assisting the Pastry team in all aspects of the day-to-day operation and for ensuring that hotel standards and guidelines are followed and maintained continually.
- Produce all food required by the supervisor to the highest standard.
- Maintain a culture in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and core principles of HSH.
- Always follow technical worksheets and recipes as assigned.
- Ensure physical and environmental hygiene is maintained in adherence to HACCP.
- Always keep the kitchen equipment in pristine condition to maximize its operating life.

General requirements
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for culinary arts and desire to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of kitchen sanitation and safe regulations
- Internship Agreement - mandatory
