Account Executive H/F MicroStrategy

Required experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• At least 10 years of professional selling experience in enterprise technology sales
• Experience with selling data products
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to Retails and / or CPG. Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
• Successful experience at new account development and large account management
• Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
• Experience and training in a value-based enterprise sales methodology
• Ability to track activity in Salesforce
• High levels of social perceptiveness and customer service
• Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €80,000- €100,000gross per year, depending on experience and skills assessed against the role's requirements
• Variable compensation: commission plan
